Had the most amazing mtg today...I was the only woman on a creative call with 5 men (I am a producer FYI). They were brainstorming campaign slogans...typically I shy away from making creative suggestions, but we were going around in circles so I said “what if it were just X”. Everyone just kinda nodded and moved on. 20 minutes later a dude makes the SAME EXACT suggestion. Everyone flips - immediately loves it. The CD says “that’s the one, mtg over”. So i had absconded from my previous company. I returned all the company stuff & i put a mail to my manager as well. & after a year i had to pay up for the 2month notice period that I didn't serve. & then they gave me my relieving letter as well. Now after 2 year i have received an offer from a reputed mnc and they are gonna do a background verification. I do have the relieving letter. Will this effect my employment? Should i explain my situation at that time to them? Will they even ask?
