3.03%

Last year I got 3.56% as a Senior Analyst promoted to consultant.

3.5

Dang. Expectation should be at 3%. Recruiter mentioned 3.33% but didn't know if it was legit.

Why is there an overlap / inverse correlation between salary and designation? For example there are senior consultants making a lot more than managers, and managers making a lot more than SM.

So I’ve gotten the AmEx Platinum offer for 150K bonus points (Gold for 75K). I have another corporate card so the annual fee is $550. Even without considering the statement credits, centurion lounge, etc… it’s worth it for the bonus alone right? Like 150K points > $550, and I get the perks as free benefit. I’d plan to downgrade in 1 year. Any thoughts?
