Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.
Anyone recently joined going to office?

At op. Accenture is the #1 company to go to for IT Strategy, Tech consulting, implementation, operations, large scale projects, and complex projects.
Yes there are bumps along that path, but tech consulting is hard AF. We have to actually implement the stuff we out in our ppts.
Do we have the polish of the other companies that make ppts all day long...nope.
There’s a sample size issue in this thread. If the client liked Accenture, they wouldn’t have thrown them out to bring you in. Need to do a survey of clients and non-client businesses to get at the answer.

My main client has had a series of crappy implementations from Accenture so you’ve got a poor local reputation. Also you overcharge.
On the consulting side, BS. You say whatever needs to be said to make a person nod. On the services side, as the former CEO of an ACN acquisition put it, “dinosaur technology”.
Your reputation is that you implement / staff aug. You're good at that but you don't do much more than that.
PwC2, as someone in Consulting you should know that situations like that happen everywhere. Can’t please them all.

ACN folks I work with are dickheads and do nothing but push bureaucracy. Had one email me in all caps today. Could just be one project team so who knows.
This is why relationships are important. If you’re an A/C/Mgr make your clients love you... as you might find in a few years they’re giving you a call...
