At a manufacturing client who stocks a high volume of raw materials and packaging components with varying units of measure (milliliters, lb, kg, eaches, etc.). We’ve modeled how much RM inventory ($/units) to stock based on demand for finished good items they tie to and several other variables. I am am trying to identify pallet conversions by each RM item to determine the number of pallet spaces required. Anyone know of an effective way to do this? Trying to be within +/- 10% accuracy.

My company started my GC on August 2021… but they finally submitted the PWD on Oct 2022. They took over a year on this step due to the fact that this is the first time they do the GC with my kind of role in my company…And they will not do the recruitment in parallel with PWD per company policy. I will be satisfy the minimum requirements when it hits Oct 2023. So they will only file my PERM after Oct 2023…

With EY Law, how long does it take to respond, resolve, and get approval after receiving an RFE? This is for an h1B transfer.

Wanted to share my GC timeline here and get everyone’s hopes up😃 I-485/131/765 filed in Oct 2020 (Didn’t submit medical exam). Biometric in mid March. I-131/765 approved first week of August. Received EAD 3 days after that. I-485 approved the same day I received EAD (Didn’t get RFE for medical!). Received GC 3 days after approval. I’m EB-2 ROW, receipt number starts with MSC. This has been a very helpful bowl, just wanna say thank you!! And good luck to everyone still waiting!

Fellow 🎣, I Have EB3 priority date of Q4 2015. I am optimistic that my priority date will be current in coming Oct and holding up on switching job for another year. Is the wait worth it or am I living in false optimism?

What EB2/EB3 Indians go through in this country is sheer madness...filling in the paperwork for PERM for the second time in 7 years as I changed my job after waiting forever. Priority date nowhere in sight to be reached. Only ourselves to blame for wanting to do this.

Anybody whose H1 extension and client location amendment filed together? What are the outcomes (approval/denial)? Mine was filed together in PP- got RFE.

Have got 2 recent offers and initiated the transfer process with both the firms. I am currently out of status and in H1B grace period. I had to opt for this option due to visa uncertainty. (contd)

Deloitte and EY both agreed to apply for visa transfer from my current firm. D's got approved today while EY is going to file it in the next week(they just got LCA certified), and I rather would join EY than D unless EY visa falls through. In this case, should I inform EY law about it that I also had a transfer approved for a different firm, or is it okay to just go ahead and let EY Law transfer as they usually would?
