Accepted a research position a few months back for SaaS Private Wealth startup. I feel like I’m being underpaid even though I’ve only been here a few months. Not sure how to approach it if I should at all?

Hi Guys , Does anyone have any idea regarding the cutoff date for eligibility of appraisal and bonus? Like if someone joins in end week of January, Would he be eligible for appraisal and bonus in same year? I heard their cutoff date is 1st feb but just wanted to confirm.

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team?
