Just here to vent a little. I am looking to make a move to a new role sometime this year but haven’t begun actively looking / applying, I’ve just been responding to recruiters who reach out on LinkedIn with roles that look interesting. I am already exhausted 😅 there’s always something with these roles or the company. I can’t imagine getting the energy needed to actively look for the right fit, but also can’t imagine staying at my current job beyond this year. 🥲 anyone else or any advice?

I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. How is the business outlook of Robinhood? I received an offer from a quant fund. My offer letter doesn’t explicitly state my role/ title, that it’s NY based, and it’s full-time. The benefits aren’t specifically outlined either, just a blanket statement on I’m eligible. When I connected with the recruiter he advised the company doesn’t publicize titles, it’s a flat org. I find it very strange it’s not in my offer letter. Does this sound normal to others?
