New offer is at a sub-$1bn fund and a bit hybrid investment team and firm strategy. Does anyone have insight to the Secondaries/Primaires comp range from VP up (salaries, bonus, carry, etc)? How is the culture vs direct PE? Thoughts on big firm vs small fund over time?
