delta one seat mechanism broken for 12 hour flight. Aka can't move the seat back at all or l into a flatbed. Found out after takeoff and nothing they can do. How many points? (Ticket was ~4k one way)

Recently flew RT from IAH<>JRO. Booked through United, most of the legs were on Ethiopian Airlines. Spent around $1200 on economy. Somehow walked away with 30K miles and ~3600 PQPs? Maybe worth calling out is that the accruals didn’t appear until I filled out the missing miles form, and United customer service upgraded two of my shorter legs to economy+. Any thoughts on how I ended up with so many PQPs? Would love to ride this train to 1K!
