Account Director - 30/F/NYC/$170K + 5-10% annual bonus. Advice on negotiating a higher bonus vs salary bump?

I got an Offer from IBM India. My tech stack is SAP Successfactor.
I have two questions :
1) What is the maximum CTC i can negotiate for band 7B ?
2) How is SAP Successfactor practice in IBM ? Are there any good projects?

I have the option to leave Biglaw for in-house position at Fortune 100 for 320k TC with 10 YOE in HCOLC. This is my first in-house role and so I wanted others' thoughts on TC range for my level.

Does anyone have an idea on what salary should be expected when applying to a major biotech company (GSK, Novartis, J&J, AbbVie etc...) as an entry level (3 years experience) Pharmacology & Toxicology master degree with an emphasis in Drug Discovery and Development with technical expertise in electrophysiology/neuroscience domain (several published papers on sodium channels) ?

Hi All, I was offered a role with Aecoms San Francisco office working with an energy client for a midlevel associate environmental planner. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k.
