In general, it sounds like you have a lot of really applicable skills from the customer/marketing oriented side of product roles. Where you perhaps lack is in experience working with engineering/dev teams, which different companies place varying levels of emphasis on.
Is that an accurate/fair statement? Want to get your take first, then I might have suggestions on where to focus energy to learn more.
PM1: Exactly. I have minimal experience sitting side-by-side with digital dev (apps, SaaS, front-end/back-end) acting on behalf of a client. Not necessarily driving product development/innovation. Not sure if that’s relevant, but thought I’d mention.
