I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

On a weight loss journey. For the last month, I’ve been eating at a calorie deficit and tracking everything I eat, working out 5-6x a week (either an outdoor walk, or workout from the obé fitness app - such as boxing, HIIT, dance, strength training). I just weighed myself this morning after using the bathroom and before eating and I gained 3 pounds? I’m trying to lose 15 lbs to get back to my precovid weight (120lbs). But I’m confused about the weight gain!

I used to get shin splints few years ago when I started jogging and gym after a long break. Now I don’t get them but my shins always feel sensitive and ticklish/slightly painful to touch. I don’t know if this is mental thing or something wrong. Anyone come across something like this?
