Software Engineer, 3.5 Years of experience, remote job with a company that has a shared workspace office in Denver and a small team here but is mostly remote for tech jobs, company is headquartered in Oklahoma. Base pay 97,000, 10% profit share bonus, 6% 401k match after 1 year, other benefits at the low/mid range. We went with Natera - and they take so long!! Received an offer to lateral to a big firm. The benefits package includes health, dental, disability etc. but no mention of their parental leave policy.
