So couple of points to help with what I've read. 1)think before you post. This is an open forum and your releasing competitive intelligence 2). All increase take into account location, skill specialization, current zone, and rating 3) experienced hires come in at a higher zone so % increases will be less until normalized 4) equalized means all people under their zone will be brought to the minimum regardless of rating 5) cw shouldn't expect much. Your working for the number 1 consulting firm in America with a lot of high performers

Yeah it's definitely a hard one. The curve concept is never easy. Hard conversation during laddering sessions but from my exposure it's generally fair once the stories are heard and debated for hrs. So happy to be moving away from it

My counselee went from level 11 to 9 and got a 6% raise and 5% bonus. CDO. Not a fun convo.

In digital - got a midyear promo to consultant 6 months ago. Above rating this year. 8% raise, 4% bonus (on top of a 12% midyear raise)
Manager here, rated sig above. Global annual bonus of 13%, individual performance bonus of 4%, and a 7.83% raise in base.
16% bonus, no change in base salary
Somehow came in as a consultant in Feb, running a team of 8 US & 15 IDC who now operates more lean and value-add focused and just received across the board "Met Expectations". Hmmm...

Consultant. No promotion but 24.5% base increase. 7.8% bonus for Sig Above in CMT.
Promoted to Consultant and rated Above. 20% raise + 4% Bonus.
