So couple of points to help with what I've read. 1)think before you post. This is an open forum and your releasing competitive intelligence 2). All increase take into account location, skill specialization, current zone, and rating 3) experienced hires come in at a higher zone so % increases will be less until normalized 4) equalized means all people under their zone will be brought to the minimum regardless of rating 5) cw shouldn't expect much. Your working for the number 1 consulting firm in America with a lot of high performers

Hope this helps

Yeah it's definitely a hard one. The curve concept is never easy. Hard conversation during laddering sessions but from my exposure it's generally fair once the stories are heard and debated for hrs. So happy to be moving away from it

Hey fishies, I have a friend who is interested in becoming a consultant but he’s taken an interesting path, would love your advice on any good angles he could take for applying/ types of roles. He has a bachelors in science (chemistry maybe?) from H/Y/P and after undergrad he took a less traditional route and was working as an instructor for things like tennis, piano, snowboarding, etc.. He’s a really smart, personable person who I think would be great in consulting. (Continued)

What are y'all's thoughts on ICO's. So far I've bought in on 4 of them and not one of them has turned out to be a good money making opportunity. Sure the buy in Price is low but as soon as the coin hits the exchanges it plummets for a couple of days so you can buy in below or close to the ICO price. The projects I bought in on it was less about making a huge return and more because I true believe in the project and I'd rather the project team get my ETH than an exchange.
