Deloitte question. I have always gotten a raise each year, the only question I ask is how much of a raise do I get. But I’m hearing from former Deloitte folks, it is naive to expect annual raises each year however small/big they are? And how does this play in Deloitte consulting vs advisory? Do one tend to withhold annual raises in base salary over the other, or is this just a deloitte culture thing? Looking at exit opportunities all over. So lmk! I’d Rather get a small raise than none at all.

Manager and above
Amex Platinum gets you much more than lounge access. Their concierge service is great for landing reservations at difficult to get into places, event tickets, etc.
Annual Fees for lounges vary from 400- 1000 depending on status and airline..
If you don't have status already or a credit card that gets you into a lounge,
then pick a lounge. If not get the Amex platinum
Thats for SM and above....
Also, in addition to what PwC1 said, the Amex platinum gets you delta lounge access.
I know people who have charged in Citi or CSR instead of Amex plat.. it's not the policy but if the cost is same and you qualify for the wbs then it's likely done fairly regularly and you'd get away with it
Manager and above, and yes, pick a club.
@ey1: that s only true if you have a same day Delta flight, right?
Yes @d1 and @ey1 but it also gets you centurion lounges, some additional lounges such as escape lounge in MSP and priority pass lounges worldwide
Thank you A3
I think there's a $500 cap on the club fee. I use it on AA Admiral Club, and that's $400/year.
Can I get the centurion lounge if I pay the yearly fee? I don't what the Amex platinum card because I have the CSR
Would they pay the CSR fee?
Wow definitely charging in the CSR
