Yes, but they still suck. Last year I got 4.89 percent bonus after we had a record year. I'd expect maybe 5.5 at best this year. They will take that money and reinvest it into more growth, not shell it out to their employees. Raises should be solid tho
That's why they are so low. They get bigger when you move up 😊
With that said, I'd prefer a solid raise over a bonus any day, my base salary is what determines my comfort in life and what I may get at another company
Anyone know how bonuses change at M?
@a1 when I went from senior analyst to consultant, 36% bump in base. Gluck with promotion this year!
Unless ur in strategy, they get great bonuses
Bonuses in strategy were horseshit last year. And the only reason you got 36% bump in pay was because you were an underpaid analyst to begin with and moved to the SA1 band. Same thing happened to a consultant friend of mine - we're both now C3s, he got a 20%+ raise and I got less than 10%. We now both make the exact same amount. Hopefully bonuses are actually differentiated this year based upon performance.
I hope so... promotion to Sr manager in strategy is pending ... I hear it starts at $200k. Anyone heard dif?
Yeah, nobody else is getting that kind of raise.
Ha no
Hey @A1 can I ask what level you are?
Senior analyst
Yeaaaa but I know what other ppl got and they weren't much higher
Is the bonus a percentage of your annual?
^yes
Hahah geez! A5, u in strategy??
Yep
Yeah, senior analyst -> consultant is 10% raise where I am
Anyone here know what analyst to senior is? I've heard 75k to 85k
ACN7, really?? That's seems low. Should be around 15%
