2 coworkers received emails form HR at the 5 week mark letting them know they have 2 weeks to find a role or they'll get "managed out"

I can't say it is true across the board - but yes. I know a guy that got fired few weeks ago due to this policy. Have heard several others receive threats.

I am currently interviewing for an exciting new leadership role at a new firm and it’s going really well, they have suggested that they are going to make an offer and I am starting to imagine making the move.
