The messaging we've gotten is that about 25% of people got a pay revision as part of the recent (announced yesterday) mid-year process, which is historically focused on catch up promotions for people that didn't make it during our regular cycle (December).
There's a survey going around right now but among people that did get raises (across promotes and non-promotes) that showed something like 20% increases at our SM level (who knows how many data points though).
I personally have seen as little as 3% (why bother) to the mid-30s (outliers, probably under market to begin with). Practice leads have a lot of discretion in how they allocated raises, so there's not a clear standard across the board like at smaller firms.

Thanks A1! Would you know if that’s US only or applies globally? Also, does this represent an across the board pay grid upward revision per grade like it’s happening in other strategy firms? What you’re describing is an uneven / case by case salary increase. Pls correct me if I’m wrong.
