The silver lining of being unemployed is that besides applying for jobs is that it gives me more time to workout. Working out 2 times a day. Running 5 to 10 miles a day on the treadmill. Eating healthier. Losing lots of weight. I am going to be in the best shape of my life when I start a new job.

I'm currently seeing a psychiatrist as a follow-up to a brief in patient stay I had before starting this job. However I haven't mentioned anxiety or job problems to her.
