Not a senior manager, SR FP&A for a business unit at a large established fintech company. I was recently hired but I am feeling very underpaid. Originally I asked for 100k, but was told that 80k + bonus was the best they could do. I'm trying to get a feel for what others are being paid for similar roles, and if there is anyway I could leverage RTO/ inflation data before the 6month mark to get a salary increase.

My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way. I feel really bad about it 🙁
