Hi fishes, I've joined TCS on 9th nov as a 2 YOE .Net developer. Since past week I'm getting project interview calls, I have given 3 till now, not selected in 1 and not sure in other 2. I've followed up with the interviewers about my interview , both said that they have given their feedback to their managers and if there is an requirement I will be called up. I am little worried seeing all the layoffs going on...can my employment be in danger upon failing in project interviews?? Tata Consultancy

I have a question, fellow bowlaz! I work in a small advertising agency in Oslo, Norway, and we struggle to get in contact with international ad media such as Adweek (Ad Freak) and Ad Age whenever we want to show off our creative work. Does anyone of you have a way in, or tips on how we can get in contact with media outlets like these? Cheers

Yes I agree! Sucks for the place who hires her on these false pretenses.
I’ve seen people take credit for work they’ve done a whole lot less on. 🤷♂️

The only red flag is the plagiarized write up which you can prove.
Everything else is lame but all too common and harder to prove their involvement. I’d let it go. It feels like it’s a generational thing but I think portfolios are just more publicly accessible.
For me it was the absent CDs that took all my work and put it in their books. Although I understand responsibilities change, I’m referring to the completely absent ones.
Oh creative director, you’ve done all the work on all the work you take credit for? Just call he karma and move on to the next one
I’ve had a CD do that to me, and even though he was a CD on the team, he never actually gave any feedback or contributed. We just worked directly with the ECD on it. Entire thing is on his website, with no credits. It is what it is.
That’s how hierarchy works.
