Adaptive pipeline seems to be drying up. How is it out there? I’m hearing whisper’s of “short lists” for layoffs. Is this all rumours?

I was just laid off from two companies last week as a technical recruiter. I have two LinkedIn recruiter seats. Any ideas on how to utilize that for extra money in the interim prior to my next offer and start date which could be month(s)?

Is there any possibility of layoffs in India (because most of the projects in India are of US based companies) or we can consider as India as recession proof as of now.

Feeling so down right now…I spent months trying to get into a tech company. And when I finally got in, I was then laid off two months into the job. This past month, I applied to 300+ jobs and had 30+ interviews. None of them led to offers due to hiring freezes or internal hires. I just went through 10 interviews with a non-tech company and I don’t know if I will get an offer. I am just so tired of everything. From my perspective, it seems like they don't really get to work with configuration or do consulting. It looks like they mostly oversee the implementation life cycle.
