I'll start.
1. Worked in levfin group and ultra small pe / fo. Hate ad hoc tasks and questions, multitasking, checking data packs, going through dozens of documents, reading long email chains. Love financial modeling, researching industries, finding reasonable assumptions.
2. Equity research, PE with more diligence/research work

Any 🐠 ever bought an investment/rental property without the required or common 25% down ? I already own my primary residence and currently have 10% down towards the next one ( ideally a multi family building) but I’d rather do a 10% or less than the required 25% down payment. I’d like to hear from those who pulled off a low downpayment on a second investment property.
