How do companies now view candidates from Meta?
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

I'm in the exact same boat right now. It's a good opportunity for you to understand the management team at the firm, and better assess your fit with the company.
If you're already 100% sure you're going to take the offer, it's not as critical (but may help you identify any red flags).
The MD step is a formal closure- means if you don’t trip yourself in front of MD you will get an offer. However, say you do or say something out there the MD may tell them to keep on looking
Totally normal. Pre-Covid I flew across the country for a lunch with the practice lead and flew back home right after. Decision had really already been made by his people, but I guess he wanted to meet me first before approving the offer.
😬sorry to break it to you, but it's never over until you've signed the Offer Letter. All the best! 🙏
Best thing is to stay consistent in how you've presented yourself in the previous interviews - after all, that's what got you here
I always take any opportunity to learn more. I see it as a positive. Remember, you should be interviewing them as much as they are with you!
May be a keep you warm item or they want to staff you on a specific project. Would take it seriously and as a positive.
