My i140 is approved with employer A. If I quit A and join another employer "B", employer A will withdraw my i140. Befor my new i140 is approved with employer B, will i be able to do EAD for my spouse?

Hi! Considering accepting an Account Director offer at a small agency (35 people). The role handles client management and also doing strategy work / planning for clients. I’ve typically had strategy departments dedicated to that at larger agencies. Anyone have experience with this? Is the workload manageable between traditional AM duties and strategy? I have 2 offers:
1. Deloitte USI - 8.3lpa + 10% var +1.5 lpa JB
Dept - AI & Data operations.

2. EY GDS - 11 lpa + 50k JB
Dept - TC_IN_GDS Big Data

I requested Deloitte usi to match offer of EY, she said she can increase JB to 3 lac but CTC she can't. When I refused D offer, she told to send EY offer yestrday but no reply yet.
Was moving with EY GDS a good decision?
Current - 4.75.

My current company A has not yet disclosed appraisals. High chances that they are going to call this week.
I have cleared all the rounds of one company B and have shared current compensation letter for them to work on the salary
Should I wait to submit the documents in order to check the percentage in A and use new numbers to ask for some more hike in B?

I am serving my notice period, and my manager wants me to stay back. Upper management has promised a good hike ( around 45-50%) in this year end appraisal cycle ( June) . In a way I trust them to do so. I am concerned if I decide to stay now, will it effect my future bargaining power?

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
