Admist the pandemic, I moved from an ad /media agency as data analyst (with 3.5 YoE) to a big fitness tech company in a non media team. However due to lack of industry knowledge, I had to settle for the same level instead of getting the senior level role. Now that I'm in this team for over 6 months I've learnt a lot. I want to ask for a performance evaluation and possibly a promotion. Can someone help me understand how much hike% I can expect in this situation provided my manager agrees? Thanks!

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. I’m extra worried because it doesn’t seem there’s IB analyst positions out there. Im really hoping come January more positions come up but I’m just praying they don’t fire me until then. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k.
