For every “pls fix” and comment needed to be addressed, do 50 push-ups and 100 crunches and also cut 100 calories from your daily caloric intake starting at 2000 calories and bottoming out at 1200. You’ll be shredded by Christmas.

It's 90% diet, 10% working out (I just made these up for effect). For example, one gummy bear is 9 calories. Doing up down is about 8-10 calories a minute. So ten gummy bears would be about 90 calories or another way of looking at it, 9 minutes of up downs. Stick to the diet so your up downs burn fat and not the gummy bears you ate that day.
you aren’t far off. For women, ~80% of body changes is due to diet and for men ~60-70% is due to diet. the rest comes from fitness.

I took up jogging during covid. It’s kind of nice because you just go outdoors and tell yourself you can’t come back home for at least 30 min. Way easier to motivate myself to do that than jump around at home where snacks and my phone are calling my name.
The SWEAT app has 28 minute workouts that fuck you up. Do that, running, push-ups, and cutting calories. Youll be set in no time
Put on workout clothing as soon as you wake up. It makes you feel committed & more excited for the workout. Helps me ALOT.

I really like the Alomoves app for yoga. Pretty easy to follow and $20 a month. They have a free trail if you want to check it out.
Kayla itsines 24 week program. It’s what I’ve done all quarantine and can be easily adjusted for whatever stuff you have at home

BTW, there is no such thing as quartet life crisis. I’ve lived it and you’re not even close to the kind of decisions you’d be thinking about at your mid life 😝
If you want to lose weight that is purely a diet thing. Exercise just makes you hungrier. If you are 25, get strong while your body is still working with you - I reccomend the starting strength barbell program.
I disagree- Doing regular cardio can drop weight fast, but it has to be sustained. 60 min a day including weights and I dropped about 20lb in 6 months (this may be considered slow for some)
Got a Gorilla Bow a few weeks back and I’m really into it. Allows you to replicate most lifts at the gym for a fraction of what you’d pay for free weights.
Blogilates on youtube has monthly workout calendars and challenges
Also T25 can also be a good alternative, bc it’s only 25 minutes long
