Looking for some advice on the following - I want to make a pivot back to client services, specifically advisory/consulting/transaction services. I have 4 years public accounting experience, and 3.5 years manager experience within the corporate controllership function, both technical and SEC reporting related (more technical than SEC). What roles would I be a fit for? Public experience includes tax and audit. EY PwC KPMG Deloitte
Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?

The first thing is to talk directly with your boss, the second thing is to present a report to the person above him. If you don't see an answer, you should not work under direct pressure, it can be taken as harassment.
My recommendation is that several people from the team get together and talk to him about the same problem, if they go 1 by 1 he will not see his mistake.
It is best to discuss it with your boss, many times they are filled with stress and they express that stress by micromanaging the people on their team, that is, they stress the entire environment to feel better.
Demonstrate how he micromanages your processes and how uncomfortable it is, and show him in some way what he would feel if you did the same to him.
These types of people are the worst to work for, I really prefer a person who demands me all the time to a person who is closely managing everything I do, we are all supposed to be responsible for what we do, and no one should be micromanaging if an order already exists.
