Advice for people moving from big 4 to industry? What sort of shift in work culture should I expect? Everything is pretty structured at accounting firms. Trying to prepare myself for the positives and negatives or moving over. Appreciate any experiences or advice you have to share 🤗

Is it possible to switch from one of the big 4 (3years tech consulting) to the big 3. Have a masters degree but its not an mba. Just wanted to know if there’s a set path for such a transition. Any suggestions welcome
