I don't feel like using my personal device for office work.

How to tackle this situation without getting embarrassed.

Colleague said “oh hello, who the fuck are you?” When I brought up what I guess was an unwanted opinion. This was years ago when I was more junior.

I work remotely for a small 9-person startup and my boss insists on daily 30+ minute meetings. It’s rare that there is an actual point. Usually, we just go around to everyone to discuss what we’re doing that day. I understand the importance of communication, but this is just wasting time and stressing people out.
