Advice needed. Love product management, and love my industry, but not my current employer. Also have a non-compete, in a state that seems to be pro-non-compete. Thoughts?

Generally difficult to impossible to enforce a non-compete and most will not unless you are fairly senior

Agreed, still worth shopping around

what state are you in?

Looking for ideas:
I’m in person with half a class a day and I see them twice a week. The only reading curriculum we have is literacy footsteps which is small group. My room is maxed out of room so there is no place to do even 2 people small groups and do social distancing.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do? Would meeting once a week with a student for 10 minutes really be beneficial at that point?

Can someone refer for *cloud support associate * at AWS Amazon Web Services . need it for my sister.Amazon

Any VPs/experienced associates in this group who have helped their clients market, and even monetize, tax basis step up’s on transaction? If so, how do you value the attributes (do you take a rough swig or use a tax advisor to create the model)?

How can you know of a group if people work for/worked at a big4?

They'll most likely be bitching about big4 in their group. 😂

What should be ctc for a data engineer with 5 years experience in hpe.

Looks like they are giving me a lowball offer considering my current pay.

An offer letter that I received mentions the PF amount as 8910 which is a part of the CTC. While calculating the in-hand salary, shall I take the PF amount as 8910 or 17,820 (employee+employer)?
