Does anyone know how to go about providing a writing sample to a potential new employer while going through the application process, without letting on to my current team that I am applying for a new job? I understand I would need permission to use a redacted memorandum or document I’ve written during my time a PwC, but to ask for permission to use one of my writings as a sample would basically admit that I’m applying to another job. What is the appropriate thing to do in this situation ?

Hey All, I kinda need some advice. So I started my current job back in December 2021, during the interview I was told they are building a whole new time, hiring internally and externally, which aas fine, I knew if they are building a new team the process and the workflow is not perfect. I didn’t do much in December, January started and I was slowly started to took over from one of the girl who moved to different department. My handover was short, we had two calls in the space of 2 months.

I am debating getting back into phlebotomy/lab assistant/sample processor. The last company I worked for was Lapcorp (Seattle,WA) in 2018 & made 17.35 an hour. I have 9 years in both inpatient & outpatient. I’m about to start applying to healthcare/ strategy consulting positions later in the summer as I enter my second and last year of my MHA.
