Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

I used this to find the ones that interested me:

I Turo, AirBnB and Amazon. Netted some good side $$. Granted, some will appeal to you and others won’t. No big deal.
Examples:
- expert in something and you’ve got a personality to talk about it?Start a YouTube channel (your always gonna suck when you start out)
- use Fiverr to buy cheap services/goods then upsell them for more
- buy stuff in TJ Max and resell it on amazon
- lyft/UBER drive (lol don’t do this, you’re trading your time for money)
Goal: find something where you can scale and not trade your time for money. You already do that as a consultant. (Worst way to make money if you’re tryna retire early)
Mine is real estate. I bought a 2 bedroom after saving up at my parents house my first 2 years of employment, now live in one bedroom and rent out the other to a friend who covers the monthly mortgage.
Keep an eye open on things to sell. Find something that adds value to other people. No one will tell you what to do. Of course, stocks, real estate, network marketing are the easiest things to visualize... but once you begin to think like a business, then opportunities come....
I’d say research things that you think will make money and keep trying
Any idea on the network marketing?
If you find the right one that aligns with your lifestyle it could work. Just don’t be too pushy, it’s super annoying.
Real estate, stocks. My friend is flipping houses on the side- puts about 10-30 offers in every week. Most recent discussion w him- he put a estate sale (at 950 k home) offer in with cash for $800 k. Plans to put in 10 k of work and sell it for $980 k. Guy is literally on the home for just weeks before they sell. And he does many of this each year.
Does your friend have a good place for finding flippers? RE is great if you have enough cash to put in 20% down. Where i live it is abhuge whack of money. Stocks, ETF allow for smaller entry points and when you have lots of profits you can move it back into RE imho
Do you have an IA?
I don’t have money for real estate. My house is already rented and I am barely break even ( bad first investment) so need something online that doesn’t require initial investments
Raise rent, renovate? It's hard to make money with no intial investment!! You need money to buy stocks etc
Amway lol ..... please don't

Thank you 🙏
