Please help with your suggestions as I have just 2 days left for my DOJ.
YOE: 6.1
Tech: ETL(IICS & Informatica PC)
1.)Mindtree:19LPA (All are fixed, since 12% VP will be given 100% every month)
2.)HCL Technologies: 21 LPA (19.3 Fixed + 8% VP)
3.)PWC AC-Banglore: 22LPA(All Fixed)
I have left the previous org in 1.1 years due to inappropriate work quality.
So I'm looking for Stability, learning & WLB majorly.

I am not good in trading. Earlier had some with motilal oswal, have to check it's status and close as Citi does not permit trading outside I guess.
Since I recently joined Citi, Now I want to learn and do trading inside citi. I really want to master this skill ..
Please guide me on this.

Hours are totally better. Might just be able to apply via LinkedIn or their website - these companies usually don't have creative connections so they have to hire talent h old fashioned way. The more prestigious companies are obvious exceptions though, google, Apple, Facebook etc. Something like Target or whatever in-house is simple though. A recruiter can sometimes fast track you though since they know lots of places.
hours are totally better but most are more buttoned up about what time you start and what you wear. I'm not saying suits at 9 am...but ripped jeans at 11 won't cut it.
Also, are the hours really that much better or is that a myth?
Reach out to people in your network who are in-house and see if they can make intros for you. You won't necessarily need a recruiter, as you can apply through their careers page or LinkedIn (as mentioned above), but sometimes companies recruit internally for roles, or request referrals from current employees, before they even share them with the public.
I went in-house and applied from a posting I found online, I think from LinkedIn. It's even more casual than agency in terms of culture and flexible hours. But beware - depending on where you go, the work can be really mind numbing. I would ask them in the interview process questions that give a sense for their design education and what role design plays in the company.
