I just joined DI and have been asked to travel once every month to the client location. Anyway I can refuse this ? I made the switch because of the same reason as I cant travel much, and my HR in Deloitte is aware of the same.
All including HR and Resource Manager are saying to try for 2-3 months,and they will release me from the project if things still don't work out by then. Should I trust them or its just a standard tactic? I can resign,but I dont want to go that road so soon, honestly.

Someone from another department tried to brief my teams in on their project with zero context, info, or details for them to put together a creative response. I told them to supply that information first and that they could brief the team once they do and that I'd be happy to help.

They then spat the dummy and went straight to my boss saying I was not cooperating and making their job difficult. I've now got a meeting with my boss about this EOW.

How do I approach this / what do I say?
