Advice on transitioning from Account to Production/post-production? I have 10 years exp. in AM with a ton of production exp., however when I apply for producer roles my resume just gets overlooked.

I gave 3rd round interview yesterday with hiring manager and hr called and said I cleared it and there is one more final round with On-site manager.

Today he called and said that the hiring manager who took my interview forwarded me to another panel and there is one more round with different manager and only if I clear then there will be another final round with on-site manager

what does that mean?

So I had two interviews today in the industry that I’ve been trying to work for since before I graduated college in 2020. I came onto my current firm as a contractor and then converted. I know it’s to early since I don’t even have an offer but I’d like your thoughts. 1st interview was with a staffing company offering a contract to hire position within a department where I want to work at Wells Fargo. The title is what I want but the responsibilities do not relate to what I want.

Hello fellow UX-ers. I recently interviewed for a role and one of the interviewers on the panel asked me if I've done any projects other than for my current company. I work for a large consultancy and 1. I don't have time for freelance or pet projects 2. Even if I did them, I could seriously be in trouble with my current company. Recently got called for an interview for strategy/ operations role by a Faang company. I had my first screening call with the hiring manager, mostly all behavioral questions so hard to tell the result. The one area I felt I could probably brush up on is program management as my current industry is Pharma and tech industries are different. So any advice on program management interview guidance would be helpful. I have 18 yoe but still quite stressed about it.

What's with all of these job application websites that have bugs in them and do not work. Jobvite and successfactors are awful UI. Meta's application page hates chrome auto-fill. Netjets system is completely broken. I can't imagine how anyone ever applies there, I just gave up. Maybe that's part of the selection process? Looking for a job is a pain enough.
