For Accenture employee - does this company paid you when you are the bench? Does this company has experience manager? Does this company has Up or Out system? Need certification to be a manager?
How long did it take you to prepare PMP? Want to build my way out and become a product manager, so PMP? Also, which type of agile certificate do you think is the most worthwhile?
I'm currently a TA at my company (approx 2.5 yrs). I recently got the CAPM certification from PMI and started pushing a little for internal movement. Today, I was approached by one of the senior leaders of the PMO that she has arranged for me to shadow and work the PM that is overseeing the integration of a smaller company we just acquired.
My question is two-fold:
1) is this specific project integration management better than normal shadowing?
2) advice for how I can get the most from this?
Thoughts on taking GMAT before graduating undergrad? /Do firms still value you having a MBA?

Is it worth it to start studying for the CISSP now if the new version will be coming out in May?
Has anyone ever found some sort of business rotational program at a large company where you can ‘intern’ or work a few months in various fields (finance, product management, analytics, operations)? I’ve been in audit for 4 years and feel very lost with what I want to do. It’s hard to tell from job descriptions what the true day to day is. I’m a very hands on learner and would love the opportunity to rotate to different sectors of a company and see where I truly fit. I am not an MBA student.
I’ve been working at Paycor for about 3 years now under the Implementation department. I love my role but I can’t deal with the clients anymore. I have 9 years of work experience under my belt and want to move into a role more focused on organizational development which is under HR. I obtained my MBA focusing on org dev in 2020 and have been looking for a way to move into that area since. My question is what type of role should I be looking for? The depts are so different and I’m lost.
Does anyone else feel kind of stagnant in life without a next “goal” to move towards? I get that work should be my goal, but after all those years of school and exams that it took to become an attorney and then land the job I wanted, I just feel like I miss having a next big step. I’m jealous of my friends applying to mba programs and other grad schools now.
Does having a career mostly in the small business sector hinder my chance of getting into M7? I have good leadership/managing experience and promotions in the past 5yrs. However, scanning MBA candidate profiles, I’m seeing a lot of MBB, Big 4 and big corporations. For MBA candidates at M7, do you see classmates with careers in small biz?
I am a second year post MBA consultant. I see a lot of similar tenured colleagues thinking of leaving their firms. What causes this mass exodus? I feel I still have a lot more to learn at the place I am at and hoping to stay. Am I missing something here?
Has anyone switched to McKinsey or BCG from another consulting firm after two years? Pre-MBA.
Studying for midterms (mba) and, per usual, bunch of deliverables due this week. Long hours for both work and studying are making this week drag. Anyone else struggling?
Hello everyone! I am a looking for a consulting internship in the fall. Does anyone know any consulting firms that hire interns in the fall?
🐠 what are your thoughts on getting your MBA? I don't really buy the whole "anything you can get from an MBA you can learn in the field." Thoughts?
Do you guys think an MBA is necessary for a corporate finance role at a F500? ROI from a T20 isn’t so great.
Yet again, Obama did it better.
Hi my spouse is on H1 and would like to transfer to H4 now that I have my I140 and apply for EAD. Given the long wait times how can she transition without gap in employment? From the way I understand is she will have to stop working on her H1 as soon as her H4 COS is approved and then wait until her EAD comes through to resume working - obv her employer would not be cool with it
Anyone have side projects outside of work? Any fun examples? Trying to figure out what to do with weekends that's not just Netflixing

Sorrento did well today and following it’s success after hours . Haven’t seen any need on the stock today or yesterday. I know they are developing therapeutic alternatives... anyone heard anything else on this one? It’s double digit gain followed by double digit here to to 11+.
In Wipro, if you are recruited for an Onshore project and after joining you are not able to go on-shore (family issues). What will be the consequences ? Will you be removed from that Client Account and moved to Bench ?

Just curious - what is your vitamin supplements regimen the past two years as preventative treatment for Covid? I’ve noticed that the medication aisles are often empty at stores while the supplements aisle is well stocked.
