Advice on where to find a pre-mba internship?

For Accenture employee - does this company paid you when you are the bench? Does this company has experience manager? Does this company has Up or Out system? Need certification to be a manager?

How long did it take you to prepare PMP? Want to build my way out and become a product manager, so PMP? Also, which type of agile certificate do you think is the most worthwhile?

I'm currently a TA at my company (approx 2.5 yrs). I recently got the CAPM certification from PMI and started pushing a little for internal movement. Today, I was approached by one of the senior leaders of the PMO that she has arranged for me to shadow and work the PM that is overseeing the integration of a smaller company we just acquired.
My question is two-fold:
1) is this specific project integration management better than normal shadowing?
2) advice for how I can get the most from this?

Has anyone ever found some sort of business rotational program at a large company where you can ‘intern’ or work a few months in various fields (finance, product management, analytics, operations)? I’ve been in audit for 4 years and feel very lost with what I want to do. It’s hard to tell from job descriptions what the true day to day is. I’m a very hands on learner and would love the opportunity to rotate to different sectors of a company and see where I truly fit. I am not an MBA student.

Anyone have a MS in Cyber? Is it worth it if you have CISSP?

Does anyone else feel kind of stagnant in life without a next “goal” to move towards? I get that work should be my goal, but after all those years of school and exams that it took to become an attorney and then land the job I wanted, I just feel like I miss having a next big step. I’m jealous of my friends applying to mba programs and other grad schools now.

Does having a career mostly in the small business sector hinder my chance of getting into M7? I have good leadership/managing experience and promotions in the past 5yrs. However, scanning MBA candidate profiles, I’m seeing a lot of MBB, Big 4 and big corporations. For MBA candidates at M7, do you see classmates with careers in small biz?

I am a second year post MBA consultant. I see a lot of similar tenured colleagues thinking of leaving their firms. What causes this mass exodus? I feel I still have a lot more to learn at the place I am at and hoping to stay. Am I missing something here?

Hi my spouse is on H1 and would like to transfer to H4 now that I have my I140 and apply for EAD. Given the long wait times how can she transition without gap in employment? From the way I understand is she will have to stop working on her H1 as soon as her H4 COS is approved and then wait until her EAD comes through to resume working - obv her employer would not be cool with it
