S&P Global Hi fishes, I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Currently my wify's package is 7.5 LPA at Capgemini as SAP ABAP developer and with overall experience of around 5.5ys.She has cleared all technical rounds in Accenture and having HR round in next week.how much she should asks for package?why I'm asking this because she was selected to the same Accenture in 2019 and at that time she asked 80 percent hike and for that reason the profile was kept on hold and eventually joined Infosys at that time

The rule I go by is to never ask about the salary range until the recruiter or hiring manager asks me first.
Usually salary expectations are brought up in the phone interview so be prepared with your game plan.

The recruiter will probably end the call by asking you your comp expectations. Given the job description you can probably place the role in a $50k range. If it’s asking for a master’s degree, always add $10-25k more.
I would lead with the bottom of what you’re willing to accept then add another $30-50k to create your range.
Thank you. I came from industry and going back to industry, it sounds crazy to ask for that much money. I think you’re right, I just have a mental block and feel like I’m going to get laughed out of consideration. I also know I am qualified and can do the job, so trying to find data to support what I’m asking. Thanks for your help.
