How 'stretched' in work do you feel on a day-to-day basis? We all get it at some point but what advice would you give to others struggling in this type of situation.

Speak up
Set boundaries
Understand your priorities

This may also be unconventional but instead of making yourself the go-to person or the one that everyone look up to or everyone rely on at your job (for job security, for ego or for whatever other reasons), make yourself redundant. Make sure others can step in anytime if you were hit by a bus.

More so now that I have to manage others. Take time off as you need to recharge, even if just an afternoon. Block off time on your schedule to get priority work done

Tonight, I'll fall asleep to the smell of dank hotel, and the comfort of being away from home. I can only hope for dreams of buffet breakfast, terrible coffee, cramped offices that feel more like caves, and seeing clients face-to-face.

I am having 4 YOE as a Salesforce developer , I joined techM on july21 but I am thinking to put papers because of my pay and also my project , I am not seeing any learning scope in my project . currently I am getting 12.5 lpa .

How much can I expect If I put papers now and attend interviews.
