Just a few small things that put me at ease....I do carry some alcohol wipes/Lysol wipes to wipe the tv remote or anything else that may have been touched by 1 million peorple and flip flops for showers. I have a friend who travels with a travel sheet/sleeping sack (look it up on amazon)...I think it’s a bit crazy but it puts her at ease so why not? It terms of not focusing on it...Honestly there are SO many grosser things you do/touch during the day....a hotel isn’t all that bad 😎

Been traveling for 3 years now but recently it’s just been getting to me. I think it’s because my current project does not have any top tier hotels, so we’re talking more mid-tier inn hotels, and I’ve come across a few complain worthy comforters. Would love tips and tricks on how others don’t focus on it. Thanks!

I just had dinner with some old friends and they are about to retire early. Part of their plan is to downsize their home, get a small condo and travel for 9-10 months a year. Does this seem crazy? I just can’t imagine it. I guess they figured the cost would be about the same but wouldn’t you miss the relationships. Wouldn’t your kids feel lost without having a sense of home? Anyone thought about this?

Does anyone have any creative suggestions for providing role clarity within teams. We work diligently to maintain job descriptions and communicate team changes broadly, but our employees are still craving some sort of additional reference point of how positions interact with one another. We have Sharepoint and we’re thinking of putting more job info there next to peoples names and titles. Look forward to suggestions!
