If traveling is reduced in future based on clients wanting to cut costs, would the big 4 model change in advisory and maybe consulting? For examples at Deloitte I know we have a lot of random smaller offices where it doesn’t matter as everyone travels. Would they consolidate offices and maybe have people aligned to offices and teams to work together and then travel as needed similar to GPS. I believe this is how audit works as well.

Hi Fellow BGM!!! I have a situation. Someone applied to my company and claimed to have graduated from an HBCU. In doing the background check it was revealed she did attend however she didn’t graduate. She’s an amazing talent and has great references. I followed up with her and she admitted she didn’t graduate but was desperate to get the job. I feel stuck. I could hire her and see how it goes but am I now setting a precedent for allowing this foolishness? What if she’s good? Need some advice.
