Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.

I’m curious to get insight from others. Is this standard practice and generally required for new hires? Something feels off.

Question: I am on an AE Hiring process. the HR said the salary range is 60k to 70k plus commissions and bonus. I told them, I am looking for 80k, considering my current salary and experience. So far I already had 3 interviews, things are doing well, only one more. Do you think usually companies can go high than the salary range, even though they told me the salary was less than I am expecting?
