AFS level 9 salary with 2 YOE and TS+?

I have interviewed with hcl. my exp is 9yr tech stack dot net full stack with azure. What band and salary i can expect from hcl. Current is 21lpa.

Two questions. Are signing bonuses a thing for new hires in pharma? Also curious if anyone has seen a cost of living/inflation raise at their current agency.

I used to work as an agency recruiter and now work as an hr coordinator. I’ve been feeling pretty lousy about how much I make (47k) compared to my friends and with inflation, so I reached out to a company who was a client of mine while recruiting. They offered me almost 80k as an internal recruiter and I’ve accepted the offer. I’m now getting cold feet because I feel like I sort of fell into recruiting and hr and don’t think it’s really my dream or passion.

Does VP or SVP really mean anything in Talent or Business Affairs? Does it actually bump salary up significantly or does it just mean a free parking space that no one is using since we’re WFH? Genuinely curious as I see some people with VP or SVP that have less experience than many with just a Sr title.

Is it worth it to go back to school for a graduate degree even if I’ve been in Compliance for 10 yrs? Or obtaining certifications is a better path. Don’t want to spend 50k on a degree like a Compliance one that is really not going to do anything for me salary wise. Thoughts? Thank you!!

I asked for them to adjust my salary as people who came into the form after me and have less experience are being paid way more than me. They just said we can’t at this time. My Lead says that my promotion has been raised and is currently pending with HR. I have already started with my new role. Promotion was initiated in October and was supposed to be processed in OND cycle. However I received no acknowledgement or confirmation for the same. How much time would it take for the same? Also how much salary hike am I expecing from this promotion? Will be completing 2 years in March 2022

Anyone feel like when it comes to your confidence in yourself and your professional growth, that your job title is almost as important as the salary? Salary is of course hugely important. But when you’re operating at a level that’s higher than your title, does anyone ever feel like they’re not good enough? Ugh. Sorry! Boss got in my head today and it’s just taking it’s toll!

Looking to exist Salesforce due to “Comp Throttling”. Even with promotions every year (2) exiting looks to increase OTE by 80-120% (3YOE)I have offers from Hubspot and a Saleforce partner for CS. Partner Is 18% higher OTE, with a much larger workload and worst WLB.

I got an interim but during one of my calls with a BI, they uncovered a misdemeanor I had in college (buying alcohol with a fake Id) that was expunged.
