Comp for manager at Bain & Company ?
Final round of interviews with Facebook in a few days (marketing role). Any of you with interview experience with them? Any advice?
Have you guys noticed a difference in reactions when asking for a raise from men/women supervisors? I feel like the women supervisors that I’ve asked get really uncomfortable and look at me like I’m asking for a lot, whereas the men at least are a bit more composed in their reaction and almost expect it. I don’t know though as I only have 2 situations to go by. any thoughts? Curious to know others’ experience
Art Directors and Designers, what does your WFH work station look like? I’d like to upgrade mine to be more robust than just my laptop.
Hi all! For an experienced hire as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, what should I expect the salary/sign-on bonus to be at a MCOL city? I have approx. 3.5 YOE (non-consulting), MBA and MS degree (non target school) and also SHRM certified (which is probably irrelevant for the role but thought I’d share anyways). Already did my research but the range is kind of all over the place for experienced hires so just want to have a ballpark. Thanks!
W, St. Regis, or Las Alcobas in Mexico City? Also open to high-end boutique hotel recommendations...
Thoughts on GRE score of 327 (165 Q, 162 V) for a M7 school? Will be applying with about 4 YOE, 3 at T2 management consulting firm and at least 1 within a F100 industry role
Currently in consulting. Have always liked Organizational Change Management, but have also been interested in Project Management. Between an Associate PM at a F50 company and an OCM Consultant at a boutique, which would you pick? Same city. PM pay is a little higher but workload will likely be more and culture will be more cut-throat. I was thinking I can probably get into PM later if consulting did not work out, and this hopefully won't be my last time getting an offer from a big firm.

Anyone know anything about Snackpass? Interviewing for a data analyst role there and can't find too much online.
Are any top consulting firms hiring for experienced analysts currently? I know ACN and some others are cyclical for resources 2-3 years out of college, but I’m looking to make a move sooner than fall
Anyone here work at fundrise? Been working at a REIT and looking to pivot. Lots of job openings at fundrise have caught my attention but not sure which group I’d be the best fit.
DT folks - if your visa transfer/application does not go through, does the firm have a policy or path in place to keep you around? Going abroad or something?
I don’t agree with her perspective here. However, she definitely fired some shots at Jeremy Grantham and Jeffrey Gundlach. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/stocks-arent-in-a-bubble-but-heres-what-is-according-to-fund-manager-ark-invests-cathie-wood-11612958113
Anyone move from a nontech background to a Solutions Architect role? I am working on getting my AWS cert but wondering if that + 3YOE is enough to move into an SA role
Interviewing with a small/mid-sized company that reached out through a recruiter. Not sure I’m ready to jump as only 1 YOE and have brought that up in both interviews. Want to keep the relationships with interviewers for future roles, is it better to excuse myself from the process or go to the end and decline politely?
New to IT B2B marketing. Any advice on how to educate myself with IT? Any classes, books, etc. that you recommend?
I lead a very small team. One of my employees was recently upset that a teammate was promoted, despite them being here longer. They are interested to get promoted themselves. This person's review is coming up and I really don't want to promote them. I don't think they are there yet, despite tenure. Someone could argue they are, though, suppose. If I don't promote in this round, they'll likely quit. I'm so torn on this. Would you stick to growth markers or promote for the sake of culture?
Question here - been at a new job for a bit and have discovered that the culture is extremely misogynistic. It’s been 6 months and I have had to go to HR twice. I want to leave, but don’t want to seem like a jumper - but then again, what does it say about a future employer if they judge me for leaving a bad work environment? Feeling conflicted. Thoughts ?
