Yes, you can. Make sure you have current company retaining amount in written context.
Because for negotiations you need something concrete, because not all company would believe a verbal agreement of retaining amount ( if it is more than their band limits)

I know that can easily increase 4-5 lack in base salary, and that would not go beyond their limit al per Glassdoor reported salary

I have 6 years of experience in embedded sw development in infotainment and Adas .my current package is 13.6lpa.
I have offer from qualcom in sw qa development ,with 22 lpa CTC with base salary of 20 lpa and 38 lpa rsu.

I have other offers for sw development role at 23 lpa , which i can go till 25-26 lpa in next 2 months of upcoming interviews.

Shall I except the offer from qualcom ? If so can i renegotiate with qualcom for raise in CTC?

I have 11.5YOE and currently working as a Manager(M2) in a big4. At present my age is 33 years. Down the line after 8-9 years I will become Director(Probably at an age of 40-42years).
But what after that?
I want to continue working till 55-60years of age. I am not clear what will be my next career goal after reaching Director level.

Today I had salary negotiation with
Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

I have an offer from cognizant for 17.3 lpa fixed for 7 years of experience in sql Dba and I am expecting another offer from KPMG for 16.8 lpa fixed for same role do confirm and let me know which is overall better company with respect to wfb, Annual hike, etc etc.
