Hi folks, I need some advice.. I’ve been with my company 18+ years. Over covid I moved to FL from NYC but now my office is reopened 50%. They’ve been expecting me to commute weekly at my own expense. It’s now too expensive to look at resigning a lease in nyc. Should I expect them to pay for anything over 50% since that’s the requirement of in-office time? Or should I cut my loses and move on?
