Freelance Motion Designer here with 10+ years of experience. Explainer videos are my specialty, but I also do digital marketing content like social ads, animated logos, etc. I want to take my freelance work to a full-time motion designer position.

Any other motion designers out there that have had success taking their career to the next level? What did it take? Should I learn more skills? Perhaps market myself more?

Please keep me updated on findings. Would love to get into HR Analytics as well.
I think there are some alright ones on Udemy. Haven't tried it, but heard from a friend who took a few while onboarding to get a better view on things. She really found them useful, but they may be more beginner level.

I’ve done a few on Coursera but they were all just basic overviews. I’ll check out Udemy, as well. Thanks!
I took the Google Data Analytics course and it’s also a broad overview, but a good way to get started. It’s a 3-6 month course so it covers a lot. I’m looking for something specifically on people analytics. I found a People Analytics course on AIHR, but it’s a bit pricey so I’m still looking around.
I’m looking at taking the google data analytics course. Currently an HR Director looking to move into people analytics. Do you think the course would help someone move into people analytics? Also, Coursera has a people analytics course offered by Wharton, that might help you as well.
