I do feel proud. Anytime someone hears I work at EY (and big4 in general), they assume I’m smart and a hard worker. That’s because of the brand. Trust me, I’m not smart.
I am very proud. Maybe crazy but I am one of those people that bleed EY. Really like the people I work with, love the work and enjoy the experiences. Been here for 11 years and I’m so proud to say I work at Ey.
I have received support in so many different times of my life. I had a partner call my husband and ask if we need food delivery because i was out of commission due to a surgery.
I personally do. I think the people that I work with are incredible and so smart. I also think the firm has invested a lot in me individually and for that reason I feel more invested in the firm. Sure there are areas that could be improved upon, namely tech, but I think its a great starting point. I've learned so many skills and even the lack of tech pervasiveness has urged me to take up my own learnings in macros and Alteryx, tableua, etc. I come to the office every day ready to learn, even if I don't love the projects that I am on. EY isn't my end goal but for now it is exactly what I need.
I can from Deloitte and agree EY is behind in many aspects.. but as a person of color I feel very welcome and accepted and that’s honestly what I am proud of at EY the culture.. everything else is secondary tbh..
Yea ! That’s so nice to hear. So happy to read this. Thank you for sharing.
EY’s brand image and culture is far and away the best. My opinion of course..but saying EY just feels way better than the others
I do. I recently left EY but im still very proud to have EY as a part of my story. Most people I work with are very smart and nice :)

Certainly not the technology! But I think most of the people I work with do good work and when I went to industry I’d give them work.
