$80k base, 2-3 days in office (1 hr commute each way)

I got an offer from IBM Consulting Canada to join their Hybrid Cloud Computing Group as an Associate Partner - Multicloud in the Financial Services Sector. IBM Consulting offers a base salary of 240K CAD plus bonuses and benefits. Is this a good offer? Any feedback on the work culture at IBM Consulting Canada, particularly in their cloud unit?
