At which hotels do you stay when traveling ? what’s your travel allowance as a SA?

I am an Indian citizen, but I work in Europe. I have an offer with the US counterpart of my firm. Given the current travel ban from Europe and additional NIE requirements from Europe, it doesn't seem advisable to apply for a L1A from Europe.

In this case, will I be eligible to apply from India, because of my citizenship? How long does it take on average for a L1 visa process when applied from India? Any advice?

Didn’t know if there was a better bowl for this but is there a difference between taking out a personal loan to pay off credit card debt vs a debt consolidation loan? I was working at a Hotel one night & I saw a man appearing on two different floors, then in the stairwell. The man was in his 70’s or 80’s. He was wearing nothing but tidy whiteys. When he got to the front desk I asked “is everything alright? Are you okay?” (Assuming he may be senile),He wasn’t senile, he went swimming & wanted to make me uncomfortable and started to flirt while in his sopping wet see through tidy whiteys- and of course I had to clean up the water he tracked through the lobby.
