After getting GC, how long one has to wait before exiting the firm that sponsored your GC? It has been a long wait already and now someone is saying wait 6 months else USCIS May raise eyebrows that it was not a bonafide job offer

Hi everyone, I’m an architectural designer (from Europe) with 1.5 yrs experience. I’m working for a practice in San Francisco, full-time from the office, getting 25 an hour. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise? I don’t want to be greedy but it’s so expensive out here… Thank you 🌈

I started this job 2.5 months ago and during the interview process at that time had done so research so I settled for 3.6L per year. Now I find out the average for a junior UX designer is 8L. They said we can renegotiate the salary after my probation which is over now. How do I proceed about getting the average of 8L I know it’s over 100% raise but I know I’m way underpaid.
